He did join us for the Port Vale promotion party back in 2002, quite amusing when he disappeared for most of the first half and then returned wearing a blue and white jesters hat. His true colours obviously come out when he's off his tits.

I'm sure I've bored everyone shitless with this tedious story before, but last time I missed the train to Carlisle I ended up drinking three bottles of champagne on my own on the later train (it was one of the promotion seasons) and had to be carried into the ground.
Last time was quite good fun but the comedown, if it strikes at any point of the day, is immense.
