I thought he only dropped to their youth team to fix his health after the dreaded swine flu?

I don't think so. Sheffield Utd were also in the Championship when they signed him, although they did play some high profile cup games that year. He never played at a higher level than BHA and finished his career in the BSP.

What on earth are you two on about?
He was brilliant for Sheff Utd for a time, then went on to play for two 'biggish' teams (Forest and QPR).
OK in the last few years it's not worked out but you can hardly say his career went downhill after leaving us?!
