It worked for Leeds under Revie when they went all-white.

We'd still be playing in green and white stripes if someone hadn't plucked up the courage to choose blue.

Swansea's new away strip is red, in a clear attempt to play on the Welsh patriotism of their fans.

This one ain't happy.

"What a pathetic comment. If you think that a new red kit and a name chance is livable then I don't want to be associated with fans like you thanks. Good job you wern't around in WW2 as you would have been one of the collaborators that thought it would be livable to have blond hair and blue eyes."

Wasn't that Brighton United who have nothing to do with us?

This Green and Pleasant Land
I couldn't give a toss what colour they play in. They parked the proverbial bus when they came to the Amex, bloody awful game to watch. Hope they get relegated next season!!!

Didn't know about Leeds

Which other clubs have had a complete kit colour change?

Palace went from claret and blue to white to red and blue

Millwall have gone from royal to dark navy

Swansea fans unsurprisingly loving it, "bank balance has been in red for years, might as well get the kit to match", "from bluebirds to rednecks" etc etc

Somebody somewhere did an anaysis of clubs colours against club success based on the shirts worn by teams that won things as opposed to teams that didn't.

it concluded that to be successful, a club's shirt needed to be...............

a plain shirt rather than a patterned shirt.........
That teams wer least likely to be successfl when wearing a stripy shirt rather than any other pattern....
That teams won lots more things when they wore red shirts against any other colour

From which we can conclude that a blue and white stripey shirt would seem to prevent a successful football team. and if you want what might pass for proof look at our Division 1/Cup Final shirt as opposed to the shirt we wore at Hereford
