People need to get a grip, it's one game an away game against a team in good form. It looks like Hughton got it wrong today, but we can make amends on Tuesday.
Why oh why did we need to play 4-5-1 when all season we have been playing 4-4-2 (bar 1 or 2 games) and playing pretty well with this set up. Hard task now to get the draw.Monumental mistake by CH, if we really had to keep 4-5-1 then keep same 11, Cardiff not same danger as Hull so why not go back to 4-4-2 and attack them from off, but too late now. Baldock or Murphy on for Crofts but 3 too many to claw back.
All three goals were piss poor defending!
No no no.
This is not a performance we have seen this season. Cardiff are 3 up because we are appalling, not because they are god's gift to football.
We are not even playing a good defensive set up. We're putting them under no pressure at the back, in the middle or up front.
No subs?
Is any player going to get more than 3 on 10 ....?
Back to a proper 4-4-2 hopefully.
1 = Sidwell
2= Stockdale
3= lucky bounce.
Even I could play a few nice passes when playing for a losing team, that's already lost the game and staring relegation in the face.
Add Dunk closing down and letting Pilkonton inside far too easily. Then again he's no Bobby MooreFor the third goal, looking at the replay Dunk is running to the edge of the six yard box behind Goldson too soon, perhaps anticipating the guy beating Goldson, that left a gaping hole for the Cardiff player who collected that lucky bounce.
So what, just give up at half time?
When was the last time we scored 3 in 45 minutes?
We'd also need at least Hemed and Kayal both on for any chance of scoring 1 goal.
I LOVE your optimism though, needed a little laugh.
