People need to get a grip, it's one game an away game against a team in good form. It looks like Hughton got it wrong today, but we can make amends on Tuesday.

Monumental mistake by CH, if we really had to keep 4-5-1 then keep same 11, Cardiff not same danger as Hull so why not go back to 4-4-2 and attack them from off, but too late now. Baldock or Murphy on for Crofts but 3 too many to claw back.
Why oh why did we need to play 4-5-1 when all season we have been playing 4-4-2 (bar 1 or 2 games) and playing pretty well with this set up. Hard task now to get the draw.

Change is Now

Time to ring some changes.

Can we win the second half?

I thought that we needed a player to make something happen. Lualua is a must for the bench, if he is not starting.

No no no.

This is not a performance we have seen this season. Cardiff are 3 up because we are appalling, not because they are god's gift to football.

We are not even playing a good defensive set up. We're putting them under no pressure at the back, in the middle or up front.

I don't know that the overall performance is the same, but the elements that are being criticised absolutely have been there all season. There has been a element of luck, or maybe destiny, with opposition wasting the great chances they are gifted from our 'back off, back off, back off' defence. We have walked away from too many games with that 'win when you play well' attitude, which is an indication that if we've won and not played well, there's been an element of relying on opposition having an off day, too. That doesn't mean you need to play a great team for something like today to happen, just have everything clicking in an ordinary performance from the opposition.

I'm glad I'm at work and not having to watch this at home, embarrassing. Also no doubt there will be a thread on here moaning that fans were making light of the situation and chanting "We're f#cking sh#t"

We going to have to press them at every opportunity. Don't allow them any time on the ball.

1 = Sidwell
2= Stockdale
3= lucky bounce.

For the third goal, looking at the replay Dunk is running to the edge of the six yard box behind Goldson too soon, perhaps anticipating the guy beating Goldson, that left a gaping hole for the Cardiff player who collected that lucky bounce.

Skalek's touches always seem really heavy. Slows things down. Obviously not writing him off but just what I keep seeing.

Add Dunk closing down and letting Pilkonton inside far too easily. Then again he's no Bobby Moore
