Yes. Dunk didn't follow his man and made a half-assed attempt to block the shot.
He's been hiding all game if you hadn't noticed. He doesn't want the ball.

Second, Stockdale scuffed his clearance and smashed into the feet of a defender who was at no fault.
Very rare mistake for Stockdale.
