A look on Charlton life suggests 6-8k with expected 15,000 home and away attending at best.

Appears we don’t have the glamour of man United or Liverpool
I think you will find due to protest about ownership people are staying away and there is a protest taking place outside ground on day of our game

Be interesting to see numbers on the night as the protests are contrary to Charlton favourite Peter Varneys call to arms to attend as to potential new ownership

The club are advising waiting until the day of the game before phoning up to arrange a duplicate ticket at Charlton.
Whilst I'm sure a few people will end up getting it through the post on the last day, seems like a bit of a dodgy approach for tickets that have already been delayed by 2 weeks+
I hope they are planning to put extra people on the phones on 21st, could be a bit busy.

Mine still haven't arrive. Who do we call, Brighton Supporter Services or Charlton?

Think the general advice is call Brighton supporter services on Tuesday if your tickets don’t arrive by then. You’ll get the privilege of joining the collections queue on the day for a duplicate ticket.

Planning to spend the day in London so waiting for tickets to arrive on the day is not an option.

That's gonna be a shite start to the day. They'd better delay kick off to wait for us all to get in.

That system works fine when numbers are low. Ironically I once lost my tickets for Brighton away and that’s exactly what I did. I think the issue here is the numbers involved which could make it a fairly trying experience.
do Charlton not have some form of print at home?

It is hard to get a handle on the scale of the problem as human nature dictates that it is likely that those who have received tickets will not state it. This is because either they do not want to appear smug or that having got their tickets they become relaxed about it as it no longer affects them.
To be realistic the club is taking an approach which means that they do not want to waste time and energy fixing a problem that may not exist( no tickets, no tickets , no tickets, oh they arrived on saturday/monday!). That is why they are saying wait till the day before phoning.
While i am sure there is an element of fingers crossed in their approach i am also sure that they will be drawing up some plans to deal with the issues of those whose tickets do not arrive. So to quote corporal jones "don't panic"(easy for me to say with my tickets in my hand, i know, but i do believe it to be the case).
