Pleased with that also. Home tie - interesting to see the team for this one.

Perfect draw. Opposition not to be taken lightly but decent opposition for our player development.

Lots of PL v PL ties (sadly not Man City amongst them) so the road to glory is more open than it was a few minutes ago. Four wins to Wembley ...................

As always, the Carabao Cup is 91 teams competing for the chance to be thrashed at Wembley by Man City.

I'd take that! Plus I also know we can beat them. OK, maybe only occasionally, but ..................

Besides, our record at Wembley (drawn one, lost two, GD -6) - our luck there's got to change one day, eh?

I can only see three all EPL ties. Sorry, four.

The Carabao Cup. #Worst Cup Name Ever.

Not since Christ Almighty FC won the Zenith Data Systems Cup in 1991 has there been a more outrageously shitely named trophy.

A quick note.

Newcastle 0 - 0 Burnley.
(Burnley win on penalties)

Mmmmmmmmm liquid football.

Me thinks that was one for the purists.

It's pretty much a dream draw, a Swansea City side as good as they are, from a lower division, in transition and at home. The Caribou Cup is opening up nicely.
