I wonder if your neighbour only parks in spaces that aren't in front of houses when he goes elsewhere.

Have to say that the adult and possibly only sensible answer is to ignore it, rise above it, and move on.

However the temptation to wait a few months and respond with a targetted campaign via leaflets/mail/deliveries/taxis/funeral calls etc would be way too tempting for me to resist. The time spent inbetween in planning and organising would simply be a delight.

The only approach to this sort of revenge would be to make sure that you are out of the country at the time and get other people to make all the calls for you...that way there is nothing attributable and you could produce a stamped passport as evidence if any fingers were ever pointed in your direction.

Follow his car one night when he goes to the pub or out for the evening and then either call the old bill and report him for drink driving or do his car in whilst it's parked a long way from your house.

What a grass:wrong:

Go to the police by all means, the only issue is that without any kind of evidence that these incident are down to him, there's likely to be little they can do beyond speaking to him. But at least he'd know you were on to him & it might make him think twice.

that will scare him
