I wouldn't even call it a posh frock...

Riddled with problems, usually expensive. I'd rather have an actual Mondeo, then at least the parts prices aren't a piss take.

I drive a 2006 Focus ST. Or the ASBO (but in blue) as Clarkson et al named in on Top Gear all those years ago.

I've done some engine work and it's pushing 310+ bhp. The clutch started slipping due to the power and torque upgrades so I put a Volvo clutch in it from the volvo equivalent car as the ST used the 5 pot Volvo drive train in the ST. Modified ST owners started putting the Focus RS clutches in to handle things. Ford got wise and price of the RS clutch tripled. So now there's loads of volvo clutches in ford's. Some of the standard engine parts in my car have the volvo trademark on.

If you have an x type just buy the part from Ford and save money!
