Get to the payment bit, then "Update Profile" appears. It say that my surname must only contain letters. My profile has been set up by the Club. Can't get past this page to pay for tickets.
Am I thick or is anyone else having a similar problem?

Someone I know had the same problem on an unrelated site. Their surname was Irish starting O' . Stupid system automatically set up their logon with the apostrophe, but then wouldn't let them log in as it was invalid! Took ages to get fixed. Sorry, that doesn't help you.

Sign out of update profile - Top right.

Back to tickets sign in with email and password.
Then Fan Id

Similar issue with must add date of birth and the dob screen will not accept changes - the site is a disaster!
