Never mind fannying around at the back, how many viable scoring chances did we put over the bar in the first half? 3 or 4 at least, I think.

The only way this can be looked upon as a point gained is that last season was even worse. We absolutely battered them on that day, had the ball in the net twice and still managed to lose.

I know people will blame getting caught in possession or not taking our own chances but ultimately in both games we've actually been undone by shots that probably don't find the net 70% of the time.

That was the first match where I've thought that having MaCallister back would have made a difference. Obvs not in terms of scoring goals, but in retaining possession and moving the ball around properly.
