The drugs advisory body will apparently advise that cannabis stays category C.

If the government goes against it, for popularist reason, I'll be furious. I don't even smoke, but I'm fed up of them thinking they know better than the experts, just to get 'middle' Englands vote.

I've always voted Labour, but even I am thinking we need a change. If only there was a decent opposition?

Are you saying it should remain a category C or be raised to category B?
The only difference it would make is the tariff of sentence.

It should stay cat C, if that is what is recommended?

I dont smoke and never had, there is noway that there should be a sentance for smoking canabis, it would be an absoulte joke and complete waist of time. people who drink drive should go to prison if people who smoke cannibis where to, at most send them to the aquivlent of an AA meeting!

There already is a sentence for possession of cannabis. The discussion is whether is should remain Category C or raised to Category B as the government wants to do.
As I said previously, the sentence would differ.
