Chichen Itza gets my vote. Get a guided tour, and take bottles of water as it gets hot! We honeymooned Cancun, and stayed in the Moon Palace hotel. Flipping brilliant it was!

ive stayed there a very nice hotel to say the least, although its a bit far out of town for my liking. don't think you can climb Chicken Pizza anymore getting down can be painful! prefer Cozumel and Progresso to Cancun though

Our best bit when we stayed Riviera Maya was a half day quadbiking trip through jungle and stopping off and swimming in cenotes.
