These are all correct I think [Birmingham is Flybe, I think].

Personally I got about 14.

Kyocera, btw make printers, rather than cars!

Emirates, XL, Thomas Cook and Flybe = 4 airlines.

You say it's pointless, but who'd heard of AIG before they picked up United? I didn't even know there was a Derbyshire building society, and I can't say it'd make me want to use them specifically, but I guess if I had a choice of financial arrangements between someone I'd never heard of, and one I was aware of because of their advertising, I might be more inclined to consider them.

I think "brand awareness" is the marketing-speak for it.

I haven't loked at any other posts so

Man Utd:- Something called ALG isn't it. f*** knows what they do - some Internet gambling site ???
Arsenal:- JVC last time I looked. Oh hang on - clue in stadium name?
Chelsea:- Not a f***ing clue
Everton:- Some Japanese beer isn't it?
Liverpool:- Carlsberg
Aston Villa:- Umm...errrr
Man City:- See Aston Villa
Portsmouth:- See Man City
Blackburn:- as above
West Ham:- as above
Tottenham:- as above
Newcastle:- Blue Star/Newcy Brown Ale
Middlesbrough:- See Tottenham
Reading:- Auto Trader magazine???
Bolton:- Reebok (well that is the name of the stadium)
Birmingham:- Not a fekin clue
Wigan:- JJB
Sunderland:- see Birmingham
Fulham:- Some funny red logo no idea what it was. Hang on Al Fayed - Harrods???
Derby:- Don't be silly

Sorry but those are honest answers after 15 - 20 minutes head scratching. Is this either because I don't watch MOTD as much as I used to, I'm an alcoholic, I just don't notice sponsors names or because I don't supoprt/regularly watch a Premiership team.

I'd be no better as a Brighton supporter with linking sponsors names to Div1 shirts athough I guess "Joe's tool & Pipe works(*)" or "Snodgrass Windows" will be less memorable than those multi nationals who are flush enough to sponsor premiershp teams - or maybe not given my answers!

Perhaps all these sponsors are wasting their money?

(*) Hope yours does too!

Newcastle - Northern Rock - Is the British tax payer paying to sponsor Newcastle? Are we funding the defence of Joey Barton?

I couldn't name more than 5, but then I am not an avid watcher of Premiership football. When you think how many people watch the games, then I am not convinced they are wasting any money in the slightest.
