Can we Sell Out tonight?

Can't see 5% not turning up! Maybe 1 or 0.5 %...

Plus do they actually count the tickets on the night or just go by tickets sold?

The figure for a night game who are no shows is always higher than a Saturday. Weather, travelling distance, work, tv etc. Usually 3 or 4% no shows for a saturday game out of interest.

The crowd figure doesn't include the no shows by the way

Brentford fans very disenchanted on their messgae board and focusing on their cup run. Don't expect a big turn out from them.

I was doing the same. More disenchanted with the joy that is the away end than anything. And yes, to contradict my earlier post, they had only sold 200 yesterday...

PATHETIC!:lolol:

PG

PS They are looking forward to coming to Falmer next year - not if we can help it - but it did get me thinking that we will get a big boost of higher away attendances next year too.:amex:

With our capacity at 8850, that very little stand holds about 60 coming off the total (as the club only sell tickets here if all the seats have gone) = 8790.

Say 560 seats (currently) BHA still unsold = 8230

Family stand won't sell out cos of kids. Say 230 free seats = 8000

Brentford say bringing 300, leaving 500 free in away end = 7500.

5% of ticket holders who don't turn up = 7125 at the moment, I would say.

Now 376 seats spare in the East stand & 104 in J Block.
Only 480 to go. Come on fair weather fans & buy those last tickets!

Indeed; if we get promoted I would hope for away end sellouts (more or less) against around half of the teams in the championship.

Not many left in J now, which is f'ing annoying cos i'm taking a mate from work to the game and his ticket is in a diff block to ours so was hoping our party of 3 could sit together in J! Let's hope it doesn't sell out completely and there's 3 seats there

Just been to the ticket office. There's hardly anything left and they reckon they WILL sell out, except for the away end and the family stand. No extra buses though

Paul from the club shop has a piece in the Argus today that says the he expects the gate to be lower than Saturday. He cites the Family Stand as the problem saying he expects it to be only half full due to school the next day.

which is what I put on another thread

:p

Apparently all sold out except

About 61 left in J and most of W available.

Where is W is it next to the family stand?

So, we may well beat Sat's crowd then? That is good news, IMHO...

so how can we even consider it a sell out if one home stand and the away stand can't sell all of the tickets?

Ye, the south stand and north stand will totally sell out (only about 50 left in J) but pretty much the whole of W is available so unless we get a sudden last minute rush that'll have about 50 people in it and will sort of ruin the picture.

Sorry Dave no - I got 2 tickets in C block from the Ticket Exchange forum and then my mate from work wanted to come so got another in F block again from the forum. Therefore unless there's a few spare together in J we may have to sit seperately (or go all together in the family stand if they let us move!). I know you'll miss my HUGS GAFFER... X
