Harper has only started to have a regular run in the u21s due to injuries/match fitness. He scored 2 against Fulham in his most recent match on Dec 22nd.
His first goal for the u21s a few weeks back wasn't half bad

There's a whole bunch of prospects in the u21s but when, even with the injuries Albion have had, you've got the likes of Holla and JFC not in the 18 then their chances are going to be limited.
