No harm in politely asking for there shirt or something, but can't say i agree with physically taking it off them.

From the BBC Sport website (apologies if already posted):

"Midfielder Liam Bridcutt was not so lucky and found himself engulfed in a pitch invasion. By the time he left the field, his top, boots, socks and shin pads had disappeared. They were not so much given away as taken, and the 21-year-old had the expression of a man who was relieved to still be wearing his shorts."

Sadly, some of our supporters have no self respect and no respect for the players, either. No doubt they will be back looting shirts and shinpads at least two more times by the end of the season.

Nothing wrong with asking, but you shouldn't strip the players!!

Anyone who thinks it right to start forcibly stripping players for souvenirs should have their heads examined. Clearly not on.

You don't have many nights like last night in your career as a footballer so i'd imagine Benno & Bridcutt will be gutted to have lost their shirts.

Put yourself in their place...you have just been crowned Champions of the league, do you want a keepsake from a long and hard campaign...something like your shirt to put in a frame in your living room, or your boots on the sideboard...I bloody would!

Can you imagine Rooney and Mesi failing to swap shirts at the end of the European Cup (F.ing Champs Leg) because some muppet had run on the pitch and stripped them?

No.

It's the biggest game for them, and it is the biggest game for Benno, and Bridd, and some f***ing idiot has taken that away. Boils my piss. Only they should choose who their shirts should go to. f***ing thieves.

Feel better now............and relax.
