Clearly the law on this sort of thing is crazy, you hear of it all the time where people shut down business' owing thousands yet still manage to continue to make fortunes even after supposed Bankruptcy? Surely I'm not the only one who thinks this happens too easily?
I remember watching a program like Cowboy Builders once where one bloke they were chasing had been the owner of 13 dissolved Ltd companies in 19 years and yet he lived in a new 5 bed detached with 2 brand new cars on the drive?
Oh and for the record I am obviously very saddened at the death of some poor Polish girl as well
