Congratulations to Watsongooal for being officially the first person ever to be thrown out of Dick's Bar for being too inebriated to stand up (or do anything utter than mutter to himself dribbling) at 7.30 PM yesterday. First of many I hope.

Was good to meet some of you that I hadn't met before yesterday, hopefully I came across as less annoying / antagonistic / smug than I do on here.

I nearly got thrown out before I'd even gone in.

It was my first 'wanker steward' experience at the Amex.

Ah I had that at the Familiarisation day , KNEW I had to pick up my ticket to get in at the ticket office but they still tried to usher me to the North Stand ticketless ("you can pick one up there" they said) only to be told to collect it at the ticket office - frustrating

other then that no problems ... yet!

Rarely these days unfortunately. Best bit about yesterday was seeing him fall off his chair, cut his head, stand back up, then repeatedly ask me why his head hurt 10 minutes later, which carried on for most of the next few hours.

Was he the chap in the blue/green t-shirt being filmed by his 2 mates, 1 with long hair?

Don't remember filming him but quite possibly. Was one mate pale with long scraggly black hair and the other one 6"3, dashingly handsome, hilariously funny and 4 stone overweight?

We should have a NSC nite in there and try 2 guess who everyone is, bit like a "Masked" party

I'm going to dtop Azure an email tomorrow to ask about what could be done for an after-match NSC party if not in Dick's but in one of the other lounges once they have finished their regular post-match trade.

I'd like to be able to lay on some food and give all attendees a couple of drinks vouchers etc.

I'll report back.

My most amusing moment from yesterday was when the queue for the gents was so long that several of us had no option but to use the women's - poor lady came in, saw a line of blokes in the cubicles, shrieked and apologised for being in the wrong restroom! :lolol:

So who was the first to get thrown out then? I'll stake a claim for 5.30 pm when my 2 children and I got kicked out by a steward. This was after 2 other stewards had said it was fine for them to come in. Consistency, eh?

Anyone get kicked out earlier than that?
