Thanks Titus, but its a bit of gulley work, bit of tiling and bit of rendering that needs doing.

Only quote so far is from a 'roofer' who wants to stick bitumen and felt over it all.

Hodges and Marten are lead work contractors. Do a lot of work with them.

Very reasonable, came when he said he would, and did a great job. 10 out of 10 on check a trade says it all, and he's Brighton based.
