I think you're f***ed mate!
The best way to get fit & lose a few pounds is definitely running. Not a big fan of treadmills, which are supposed to be easier on the knees. a) You don't work as hard, & b) They are very boring.

How old are you? If you can get to some circuit training that's good as there are others with you so it gets the competetive bit going too. They can be really hard though, depending on your fitness level.

Keep fit though, you'll be glad when you get a bit older.

I'm 35.

Up to August I played football twice a week with an expat team in Taiwan even in the height of summer when it's over 30 degrees and 80% humidity. However, today after an hour of gentle 6 a side yesterday I'm walking like a raspberry. There are just too many temptations in England. Proper beer, curry, steak, proper beer, Sky Sports, The X Factor and proper beer to name a few.

I am not allowed to exercise at all now so I may as well dedicate my life to increasing the strength in my drinking arm. :drink:

She's just given birth and it takes a little while for the bits to heal.

Swimming however is a top idea. Do British public baths still have those signs outlawing bombing and 'heavy petting' plus a compulsory but random 10 year old pissing in the shallow end?

Relax for now and wait for the teething stage to kick in. They you can walk the floor all night long with as little or as much clothing as you like. That should help a bit :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:
