Can anyone design me a logo?

Right, I am a bit on a PC spaz and do not really know a good package to design a logo. I wondered if anyone on the good site of NSC fancied knocking one up for me seeing as lots of people are not actually at work today?

Anyway, all I want is the word 'Podology' written in Albion blue on a white background and if possible incorporate a set of headphones somewhere on or in the text.

I LOVE YOU ALL

If not, can someone tell me a good package to make shit like this on?
