A few we've been to, or friends have been to and said were good. Been to Wowo a few times, and it is great for the kids. You won't see your two for most of the weekend

www.wowo.co.uk. Good but gets pretty busy these days (and likely even more so this season with my comments on Forgewood below in mind).

www.forgewoodcamping.co.uk. Natural England/local Council has decided not to renew Forgewood's permission to open this season, so it looks like the local posh NIMBYs have won! Albeit there is still a big festival at Eridge Park this summer going ahead to give them something else to moan about. A real shame as a great campsite run by Florence and the Machine's Dad, Nick. Is already putting pressure on the other bigger sites which allow fires/chilled camping as our having to rebook a big camping group last week has shown.

http://www.kittscamp.co.uk. Virtually next door to Wowo. A get away from it all site but I recall a couple of years ago they wanted £50 per night! Cheeky blighters!

Stayed at Kitts before and agree it's very expensive for a campsite. On the plus side it's quiet, got nice bluebell woods and easy walk to the Sloop Inn which does good food.

Park Farm I found to just be way too busy and noisy. It may be fine if you've got kids - which you can apparently then send out to run amok and annoy everyone else - but to me it felt like Butlins made of tents.
