Isles of Scilly.

Train to Penzance, Skybus from Lands End to St Mary's (you get picked up from the train station - flight time is 15 minutes!), taxi to the harbour and boat to any of the "off islands". I wouldn't particularly recommend staying on St Mary's, but it's the hub of the boat network and gives you lots of options. Nobody has cars out there, so you won't feel left out.

We're going in May.

iS THE FLIGHT AND TRAIN INCLUSIVE?

AND any recommends on the Islands?

What about a safari in Kenya. The kids will love it and its only a ten hour flight and you can do the 3 week deal all in for less than 6 thousand pound.

The children will be able to look at some real black men as well.

Can I just throw my weight behind the Isle of Wight here as well ? Its a beautiful island, with so many terrific day trips all within a short distance. The train only runs up and down the Eastern side (Ryde to Ventnor), but the buses are cheap, and you're never much more than an hour away from anywhere.

Oh, and it also has the most picturesque pub in the UK - The Crab Inn, Shanklin.

The lunches there are to DIE for.

Camber Sands. Both holiday camps are good and the beach is great for kids. Plenty to see in the area too, like Port Lymne and Rye.

there are a couple of good rottingdean blokes who work the ferry from penzance in the summer if you need a clue.

Dear Spanish have you any tips, we would travel from London and the kids are 5 and under.

Thanks

Any of the North or South Devon coastal towns by National Express as there are numerous campsites there.

We use our old campervan and go to Pentewan Sands near Mevagissey but you could get a National Express to St Austell then local bus stops right outside of the campsite. Which has facilities for tents and also hires out caravans and chalets just go on line PentewanSands.co.uk. Once there on the coast you need not leave the site.
