What's not to believe in what I said?

Fighters put their lives on the line.

And Loma has an argument to be P4P top fighter.

Steve Bunce has nothing to do with what I said.

Fighters put their lives on the line. Correct.

Loma is the best p4p fighter. I agree.

Steve Bunce and yourself are out of touch if you believe this is good value. It's a TV show that goes out of its way to avoid the best fighters meeting each other for as long as possible to make more money. If it was such good value why do millions of people illegally stream the fights for free?

It's the promoters that are to blame top fighters avoiding eachother, not sky sports. Infact the WBC are to blame for protecting Wilder, not the tv shows.

In UFC the situation is much better because the best fight the best no matter what.

Ruiz got the Joshua fight because no one else wanted it.

Pacman is fighting top fighters despite being in his 40's.

When you compare £20 for what is 4-5 of boxing on a Saturday evening compared to the price of a football match that is only 90 minutes, yes I believe it's good value.

Some weird betting on the Fury v Povetkin fight, 33/1 to 50/1 for every round for Fury to win in except the 2nd which is only 8/1. Is there a fix on ???
I don't believe Hughie has the power to put Povetkin away inside 2 rounds.

Price wobbled him, Joshua stopped him. And I would say Price can hit harder than Hughie.

I would back Hughie to stop Povetkin in the later rounds though once his stamina starts to drop.

I've never paid £20 to watch a football match on the TV?
Boxing has got it wrong with ppv or the numbers illegally streaming would not be going through the roof. Demand is there but the price is wrong.

Are you knowledgeable about DAZN? That is a better model. Monthly subscription with no PPV. It's just not in the UK.

Pretty much how sky sports used to work then? Monthly subscription getting the best sport.
Rip off Britain as usual.:)
As I have said before it's upto you what you pay for. I believe it's a fair price, everyone is entitled to their own opinion though

True. Unfortunately for boxing more and more people are no longer paying the asking price.
True but PPV numbers are still in the hundreds of thousands. Some fights attract 1 million+ PPV buys.

Exactly. Strong PPV numbers. 20 is plenty is what they banded about in football and that is what the PPV cost is.

Seems these boxing threads always spur debate over PPV costs.

I only buy when I have people round for it. Unlike tonight, on my own, a dodgy stream will suffice.

It is what it is. Once the boxing starts then it will be about the boxing. Looking forward to it!

Bit of a laugh people moaning about the ppv . It’s lomachenko ffs . I’d pay to watch him spar for 12 rounds as would true boxing fans

Clueless to moan about it

Seem to recall similar thread Ruiz v Joshua . It’s boxing - one of the best sports in the world
