Cycling's what you want - easier than running, relatively enjoyable, lost me around 3 stone in six months or so. Combined with chucking out between-meal snacking, it's a WINNER.

Diet and Nutrition are the most important parts along with a good workout plan.

I've just gone from 225lbs to 195lbs and 40" to 34" waist in 13 weeks.

You should try reading up on the abs diet on menshealth.com. They system works really well and I still get cheat meals and beer every week!
