The more money a man earns the more a woman is willing to "compromise" my anecdotal experiance suggests.

Dont want a midget thanks.

Definitely BrightonBird - it was nice for a while - but at the end of the day I'm not shallow, and the things that I have now far exceed anything that the money ever gave me....

It is always interesting to hear what you ladies think. However I'm slightly confused by the poll options, how many of you have actually met a man who owns a donkey? They're lovely creatures I know, but not exactly something you can keep in your back garden!!

Shoes tell alot about a man....

How exactly.

What if you saw me (i'm well sexy anyway) wearing a pair of nice Clarks shoes. Not at all expensive but look nice and smart?

For the record i am wearing a two year old pair of brown suede Merrels.

I've only just had a moment to add my twopennorth.

When I was younger I would have voted face. But I married a very good looking man. No further comment

Now it is personality all the time

well Chappers and Dwayne...

shoes are a tell tale factor...

not everyone can afford the most expensive of shoes - but a good clean stylish pair will speak volumes in the right direction.....

trainers are not suitable for most occasions IMHO - they are meant for training/walking in - not entertaining, no matter what label - and label dropping never counts to me - apologies dwayne..

Never ever turn up for an interview with me without polished shoes and a clean shirt/tie combo - your attention to detail will fail you immediately... its a small thing but worth the 5 minutes...

here endeth the lesson

Exactly. Sense of humour comes under personality.

Kindness, gentle but tough but the ability to laugh together means so much
