Buying tickets on line

o/k folks
I have tried the new system but have previously bought tickets so cant register because it wont let me as it recognises me as a previous customer.
I need to log in to buy.
I can't log in as i have no members card or fan card number.
I cant get a number because it wont let me register as I have bought before.
anyone else had this problem and know(apart from ringing the shop in the morning) how to get round it?

Get them to send your customer no. to the email address you registered with to buy tickets previously. There should be a link to do that.

thanks for that but that only works if you have a number but have forgotten your PASSWORD.
without a number you cant use this option

Phone the ticket office who will give you your new number. Had the same problem. Does seem to be a bit of a cock up in that way but once on the system is a lot better.

By all accounts the new system has had a few gremlins, e-mail RowanB@bhafc.co.uk and you will be sorted promto.

Or just ring them and they can look up your number on the spot including advising you of your password.

Rowan is a bit busy at the moment, I reckon, as I haven't had a reply to my email of a couple of days ago, yet.

There seem to have been a few threads about this in the last week (I started one myself), and I guess there'll be a few more yet. They really should have sent an email to everyone informing them of their login details, or if that wasn't possible, let people just register themselves. This seems to have been a total cockup of a way to get everyone on the system!
