Buying off ebay, how safe is it? Advice needed

for reference, the ebay money back guarantee is worth sweet fa, they just refer you to Paypal. which is ok unless you didnt use Paypal, like credit card though Paypal guest.

Referring to my post above this one, as a seller on ebay you are required to accept paypal, not an option.

Fair point. I hadn't realised Paypal was compulsary for all sellers. I've used Ebay for years and only once had to report a seller which ended with Ebay refunding my money.
