I could have sworn people on here said they expected him to get snapped up by a rival League One side...

Although saying that a lot of non-league clubs don't actually pay much worse (I know of a player in the Ryman Premier last season on more than a GRAND a week. FACT.) and Havant must be more convenient and better coaching opportunities.

He retired from pro football because he elected not to take any of the pro jobs offered to him I assume.
