Nothing unlucky about that result last night. On the balance of play over 90 minutes Leicester deserved their win.

Was a great challenge but frustrating that he let Vardy pass him and get into the box in the first place and then **** up defending a corner. It's all about fine margins and we just seem to fall short too many times.

You need battle winners in a football team not just fancy dan skill merchants who go AWOL in a fight and we don't possess enough, I count Webby and Solly as battlers and they are out for a while now. The ones we have left, Dunk, Veltman, Biss, Maupay, White and Gross at a pinch are not enough now, Molder maybe one who knows ? Connolly could be when he strengthens up but it's not enough for now. A lot on here derided Dale S but he cared and fought for the cause though he doesn't seem to be pulling up trees at Burnley which I find a surprise really.

Amazingly and seems to have slipped from our minds, no threads about Dunks ridiculous tackle at the end that looked a nailed on penalty. Love Dunk but that was mental!

I thought pen straight away, but from the replays taken from a different angle I did think good tackle.
I’m still not 100% sure if he did or didn’t get the ball, I switched off at the final whistle and haven’t watched it again.

Our insistence on playing our football no matter what is frustrating. I can hear Potter saying that in my head.”Just play your football lads”.

We’re a lovely technical team. But that’s it. No plan B. No killer instinct. Very little leadership.

You can put the actual result down to Big Bob’s howler if you want but they were getting corners for a reason. It reminded me of the West Brom home game, except Leicester had enough quality to keep going and we made a defensive mistake.

Nail on head! Pattern emerging, as same issues arise every game. We can spot them from a mile off, and we are casual supporters, God only knows what the Analysts of the other teams have said. Probably something along the line they are weak mentally, keep in the game (by a goal) and we will probably still get a result.

To be fair the angle from directly behind the goal makes it look a pen whilst the other one from the side looks like he got a touch. Kind of irrelevant now but you have to question Dunks decision making.

1. Bissouma is holding the midfield by himself, and he is offering nothing offensively. So play Polish international Moder and gives Bissouma licence to get forward once in a while.

2. The team is tiring and looks stale. So bring on long term absentee Izquierdo, who did more in one season than Ali J has done in three.

3. If Maupay hasn't scored for 2 months, but you don't fancy Welbeck to start then give Zeqiri an opportunity.

I feel before yesterday Potter didn't have anything to lose by making these changes but the Alzate, Welbeck, Ali J substitutions are predictable, the opposition know what is coming, there is absolute no element of surprise.

I don't like nor trust luck - in a lifetime, I feel lady luck has taken more from me than she's given - for this very reason I will never gamble.
However, luck is very subjective - I suppose I should say that I'm very lucky to still be alive.

If it were possible, I'd like to see the totals of Lady luck's give & take account for I very much doubt it is 50:50 balanced.
I suspect she shells out way more bad luck than good luck - the reasoning behind this, however, remains subjective.

I completely agree with your last sentence, teams are getting to know how to pull our good football to pieces if we fail to capitalize. They know we are a one size fits all type of team with little ability to change.

In total agreement about (1). It was obvious from the start of the second half.

Inadequate cover of our CB’s, minutes later that was our oh so predictable undoing.

Someone mentioned this on bbc sussex last week. Warren Aspinall said the club have psychologists.
