Well the club has not declared itself insolvent so refunds should be paid.

My guess is their nobber owner will do a Parrish and offer 10p in the pound.

I would assume that the season ticket holders become creditors if the club goes into liquidation. If it doesn't then I guess their refund would form part of any takeover.

Accrington Stanley were letting in anyone with a ticket for today's Bury match for free.

Which is fantastic, and maybe it's a ground that an AFC Bury could play at if it all goes wrong with Gigg Lane.

Bolton (or Horwich) is nearer, and they could do with the rental (however meagre). If starting at step 11 (Manchester League), Radcliffe Borough's ground could be more suitable

I am informed by a Bury supporting relative that:
a) No season tickets were sold for the season (Not sure on this, there was a three ticket sale for the beginning of the season).
b) The club has not closed down.
c) One of the problems that caused this crisis was the previous owners mortgaging the ground at a stupid interest rate.
d) There is a covenant on the ground that it can only be used for sporting purposes.

Any or all of the above could be wholly right or wrong or somewhere in between, however I believe them to be closer to the wholly correct end of the scale.
