The guy has had 3 fairly high profile Management jobs based on his playing career. It's hard to feel concerned for him. He's a Darling of the Media so I think he will be fine.

Just like the other 2 jobs before this one. It will be all the Club's fault if Everton go down and Lampard will walk away unscathed again.
