Looks like us , Middlesbrough and Cardiff will be fighting for that 6th spot , Birmingham have 3 points in the bag tomorrow and Blackpool are now 3 points ahead with a better goal difference.

Disappointing result but no need to panic. It will be interesting to see how Gus turns this around for Tuesday.

Bit concerned to hear the description of his body language in the last few minutes today, but then maybe his experience was telling him we weren't going to get anything out of the game.

I still feel we are heading in the right direction and being around the play offs at this stage is more than acceptable, considering we are still developing a squad that realistically will properly contend next season.

I've only seen a the post in which he says we'd understand why he views gus as he does if we knew his job, not that it puts him in a better position, so, let's guess his day job:

I'm not sure but I may have entered a parallel universe, all I did was provided the answer to a question posted. I have offered no thoughts on the game, our position, our hopes for the rest of the season.

For what it's worth, I'm still rooting for a play off place, I am disappointed, of course, but it's only one game, there are still a few left, and unless I'm mistaken, we are still in 6th.

no im sick of putting out teams that lack flair and creativity .also listening to man on radio who went to the game who also says why no wide man we have the players but never seem to put them on the park at the same time .time is running out .even cottey sais that brighton were huffing and puffing with no end result and yes i want promotion but on this form maybe it would be better if we didnt we would get trashed every game certainly with that midfield
