Don't buy them all please - I want one on Thursday!
Well I am hoping they will open other some blocks. At the moment only 3 blocks from a possible 12 have been opened. It is slightly odd that the 3 blocks nearer the corner flag to the ones currently on sale are greyed out given that they cannot be used by Burnley supporters. In fact thinking about it I do not think the layout of the stand allows any of the other blocks to be used by home supporters.

I’m holding out until tomorrow so I can buy with a couple of STH friends so I hope there’s some left.

Don't buy them all please - I want one on Thursday!

Will the queue system be in place tomorrow morning to stop the basket harvesters?

Be fine for tomorrow?

Big group wanting to go but waiting until it gets to A+ as a few boys aren't STH's - would be madness if we somehow couldn't get tickets for this
Cannot see any problems for getting tickets to this one as we have not yet sold the initial release of three blocks plus the disabled areas. I would think that blocks 1, 9 and 17 will be the next to open.
As the queuing system was not in place this morning and still plenty available i cannot see it being needed tomorrow either.

Do you have to be white to buy a ticket?
This reminds me of a news item in the 80s, just before a general election, Neil Kinnock was on a walk about and some woman challenged him and asked “if Labour get in are we all going to have to learn to speak Russian?” He simply replied “why would you have to do that?” when in reality he probably thought she was a fucktard.

Gordon Brown did something akin to that in 2010 and it didn't go well for him

‘most probably’ meaning a very large proportion. Considerably larger than is the case for residents of Burnley. I was responding to a post showing considerable ignorance of the racial makeup of the respective towns…. Never mind.
B&H - 85.4% White (4.8% Mixed 4.8% Asian 3.1% other 2% Black)
Burnley - 87.4% White (10.7% Asian, 0.2% Black)

Those Brighton and above figures don’t tally with these;

94.3 % white.

Not that it’s a competition..

Edit; 2001 census, so you were right. I was just responding to someone who had to bring race into it because it’s Burnley.

Anyway, Liverpool and Burnley coming up so plenty of opportunity for people to look down their noses at the rest of the country. I will be at both matches just enjoying the football.

As we near the end of the first days sales a quick update for those interested/buying tomorrow.
Of the first blocks put on sale block 10 has sold out (277 seats) and there are 70 left across blocks 2 and 18 (463 sold). The other blocks released at the onset were block 11, a particularly large ambulant disabled area of 160 seats, now 124 left (36 sold) and the wheelchair area in which we appear to have sold 4.
There is also a block released later in the day block 17 with 236 left (14 sold)
So currently just under 800 sold and 438 available with several blocks still to be released, next up will probably be blocks 1 and 9. Fill your boots tomorrow and hopefully we can push well beyond the 1000 mark.
