Brought in many a good player during his tenure (although probably outnumbered by ones not good enough) - don't forget he was in the job when we had 2 playoff squads as well as this season's shambles. We'll never know how constrained he was by budgets, and although the current squad is clearly weakened from that of last year, my view is that it is way better than league position suggests - the main blame lies at Sami's feet. Not dancing in the street here, but cautiously optimistic depending on where we are going from here.

No doubt I will be "corrected" by people who want to state with authority wild rumours about what he has/hasn't done.
