I'm FAIRLY sure that whatever the rules are, on numbers of loans, the ones to clubs abroad are not counted in the same way as loans within the same country.

I thought they were all counted the same but under 21s and club trained players didn’t count towards the total number of allowed loans. So Eric Dier’s loan to Bayern, for example, wouldn’t count towards whatever the limit is this season.

There’s been talk on here of a need to sign another inverted winger, a left footed player who can play wide right while Solly is out and although Gil’s mainly played on the left, he can do that role too. I do like the idea of this signing, hope there’s something in it.
