A fully-fit Bruno is the ideal scenario. At the start of the season he was playing consistently better than anything we'd seen from Calde up to that point, but Calde is fit, versatile and up for it, so this news is disappointing rather than devastating.

Bruno is a class above Calderon, having said that i am more than happy with Calde

If Bruno is fit though, he plays as far as i am concerned

He also gets caught out at The Amex! And Wembley is bigger isnt it?

I think the pitch at the Amex is the same size as the pitch at Wembley, and I wouldn't say Calde gets caught out a lot. No more than Bruno!

IIRC The Amex is the biggest dimensions allowed in the Football League. Might even be bigger than Wembley.
I remember Gus saying he wanted it big, but I don't think it was the maximum. It may be about as wide as it can be, but not as long. But then again, I could have that completely wrong.

Calde is a star and I wish him well - I'm a fan of his - but I just feel anxious when he gets caught pressing up the pitch. Just my view - but I think he lacks pace if he is really targeted (as does Bruno to some extent).
