Think we should have patience with Bruno. He was in danger of being stuck in the cycle of not playing because he's not match fit and not being match fit because he is not playing.
He has a good footballing brain and is an important link between the spanish contingent and the squad. Plus I'd imagine he is well respected due to his experienced by all players.
He will be match sharp soon and back to his brilliant best.

Not really. When Vicente throw his toys (punched the ball out of an opponents hand) out of the pram...where was Bruno??
The only other player at the scene was Ashley Barnes, shouting and arguing the odds with the referee as well.

Bruno would have had to run 70 yards to get there, not worth the booking he would have inevitably got.

his positional sense has been pretty poor of late so he might've been quite close

Who cares? All the captain does is call heads or tails/chooses ends. Should be 11 captains on the pitch at all times imo
