Battle
I think the Sonic the Hedgehog theme repeated over and over in my head would quite possibly send me insane. Either that or 'What's Love got to do with it' by Tina Turner

Any of Cliff Richard's SHITHOUSE middle-aged mum type songs.

Still, at least I wouldn't have to pay royalties for singing it, Cliff, you f***ing tosspiece.

I always had you down as a 'Rick from The Young Ones' sort Spamster, you should be all over that Cliff stuff. "Summer Holiday", "All In The Game", "Living Doll" ?? :yahoo:

Mind you, I complain about Ocado, but if you're ever playing the Yellow Car Game, an Ocado van is worth twelve points, so not all bad

:lolol:

I prefer car cricket.

When you overtake another car whoever is batting has to have a memeber of the opposite sex. If it's an old dear, 1 run, a mum or dad 2 runs, and if it's a real hotty 4 runs, 6 runs is a carfull. If it's the same sex next persons turn to bat.

These are great songs and no-one - no, not even a member of the constabulary - will persuade me otherwise. I would happily keel over to "Seven Tears" by the Goombay Dance Band wedged firmly in my head.

Boney M did do some interesting stuff I thought - Ma Baker was fun and a great dance tune, Rivers Of Babylon too.
That also covered The Creation 'Painter Man' and Yardbirds 'Still I'm Sad'.
More about them, and their manager, a rare German who was clever with music in the Englischer spreching welt!

Good stuff NMH - Frank Farian is an absolute GOD. I'm slightly biased - he used to live in the same tiny "willage" as us in the late 70s - I remember meeting the rather excellent Eruption (with Precious Wilson) at the tennis club as a nipper.

If only everyone listened to a lot more late 1970s German disco, there wouldn't be so much ANGER on here.

That's the ones - One Way Ticket is a great, rather neglected FF effort of its era and is long overdue a revival.

And I'm SORRY Pezzington - I never know what train I'm going to catch these days and deadlines and training my young helper meant I forgot to get back to you until it was too late. It's part of the general lack of manners on here these days. :( :(
