Brother Nibble RIP

Life can be truly awful sometimes, I wish your brother peace and send my love to you and yours during this horrendous time.

My bro is 38, the thought of losing him is simply incomprehensible - indeed we're meeting on Friday to watch the match. I suspect I'll hold on a little longer when we embrace.

Take care.

Sympathies with you. Bad enough at any time but so close to Christmas will make it even harder. Best wishes to you and your family.

Sorry to hear - 39 is no age at all. Like others have said life can be cruel! Sympathies with you and your family.

I don't know you or your family, but it makes me really sad to hear this news. I can only imagine how it must feel for you. I hope you're surrounded and supported by those close to you, and that you can take some solace from that as well as from your good memories (and from music, poetry, sunsets or whatever gives you strength...).

Thats just dreadful, sincere condolences Nibble. Truly does put everything in perspective.
All the best to you and your family. Be strong for that little nephew of yours, poor little lad.

Some of you know my father died 4 weeks ago after a long period of illness. Well, in the early hours of this morning my Brother Simon, died in intensive care after emergency heart surgery. He collapsed playing his beloved Roller Derby on Saturday evening, seemed to be recovering after surgery to remove blood clots, took a turn for the worse yesterday, they operated but could not save him. No health problems before.
Bombed it down to Plymouth, they kept him alive til I got there and with friends and family by his side they switched off life support at 12:30Am.

Perhaps most tragically he was 39 years old, a teacher who leaves behind a wife and a 7 year old boy.

RIP My beautiful Brother .

God, you've had it tough.

My dad died two years ago, and it destroyed me for a while. I came through OK, but it still hurts like Hell.

I can't begin to imagine how hard it will be to come to terms with such a loss as you have had.

So, so sad. My thoughts are with you at the moment. Stay as strong as you can.
