I buy shedloads of broccoli for my dogs.

My local Sainsbury’s has it on offer at £1.60 a kilo, down from £1.75 a kilo.

Odd.

[Edit, just checked and it is £1.60 a kilo, not per head. https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/sainsburys-broccoli-loose]

Correct, it is priced at £1.60 per kg and not per head

Confidently expect a 10-15% rise on a lot of supermarket basic products as a result of Covid-19. It's already happened on a lot of things.

Does that result in a higher level of flatulents?

I have one dog that will eat anything she is can beg you to give her (some quite unexpected such as peaches or pears for example) and another that will just not eat his greens even if I disguise it with gravy.
