Love the Italian accent, and always find brummie a bit guttural

I can't tell the difference between Mackem and Geordie.Just as dificult as each other.
The worst one to understand (in practice) was the Northern Irish one (too quick) where I had to ring Dell when the computer went wrong. (Ceased buying Dell computers because of it.)
The Black County accent when the talkers had a few drinks is a foreign language to me.
The Glasgow accent is different depending on the part of the city, the south is understandable.
I turn down appearances on local Birmingham local radio as they callers are too difficult to understand.
I think Brighton natives may have there own distinct accents, often lost, but sometimes very clear.
A Poet's Corner Hove accent (acquired at the turn of the 19th/20th century) sounded strange to me, more like Cockney. Not very musical.

Sometimes I read back my posts and think, did I really write that?

It gets worse. Most phone 'conferences' are with our chief Underwriter in Thailand who's called Supaporn��
