Is this not just bulimia without the puking? I know nothing of these things so am quite interested to know what it is. He doesn't appear to have that medical condition that some people have where their bodies don't tell their brain when they're full.

What's sad from the article is that he seems to be reluctant to give up his celebrity status and just be a normal size.

I saw that programme about him - the bloke was certainly harmless but clearly profoundly mentally ill. Filming him for us to gawp at was all a bit voyeuristic and exploitative, tbh. Still watched it though.
