Bristol City - hilarious

Much mirth is to be directed at Bristol City I think.
After the play-off defeat against the mighty stripes, it seemed shocking to me that their fans generally wanted Danny Wilson to be shown the door and were delighted that he was replaced with club "legend" Brian Tinnion. All this despite Wilson's two successive third placed finishes and never finishing below 8th in four years. And even after the opening few games (& crap results) last season, they were talking about Tinnion being a breath of fresh air.

Now look at them. NO GOALS in 4 hours and BOTTOM of the league. Furthermore, they signed last season's Championship top goalscorer (and self confessed Bristol City fan) Marcus Stewart from Sunderland - and they're playing him on the wing. :dunce:

Meanwhile, Danny Wilson seems to be doing a fine job at MKDons. Hopefully he'll move on to a proper club soon but it does seem like justice. :lolol:

Bristol City fans still bear a grudge against us for beating them (quite fairly) in the play offs. All I can say is -

COME ON YOU GAS !

My only problem is being away from work for 2 weeks so can't rib the few Bristol City season ticket holders we have there.

That said - it's the same office Bozza works in so I trust he's doing a wonderful job in pointing our their shortcomings.

Swindon, in 19th place, and their moaning about 'they only got one shot on target', aren't doing so well either.

Both Bristol clubs have had poor starts.

Iwould just like to add that a certain club from Hampshire are proping up the Prem

We might not be going too well but with Palace below us and Pompey looking rubbish it could be a lot worse.

working in the centre of Bristol i find it all highly amusing. I'm worried for the Gas though - they are the 'proper' city side and people really do think that this year they will fall out of the league.

I'm just glad Wilson didn't play Lita in the final against us, or history could have turned out different...

And people wonder why some fans in this country don't like us.

At a time when were looking for help from every club in the country why bother with threads like this?

If I were a City fan and I read this next time I was asked to write to X in support of Falmer I'd say bollocks to em.

They already do though. They consider us lucky that we beat them at Cardiff still.

I'm sure if City had a got a penalty and scored with 5 minutes to go we'd all be thinking the same.

Do you bare a grudge with Notts County or Man United?

In fact in season time are you going to be taking the piss out Crewe for being 'lucky' against us on Saturday?

You're right. In future I'll just smile on every single team in the league and not say anything remotely controversial about any of them ever.

I'm so, so sorry that I ever laughed at the results of three Bristol City games. How could I have been so spiteful as to post it on a Brighton web site?

Was I taking the 'piss' to start with ? No I've just mentioned their attitude towards us. Frankly I could care less about Bristol City.

Do me a favour - its called BANTER.

Are you saying we have to lick the arse of every club in the League, with no piss-taking allowed, in case we jeapordise the support for Falmer ? Its all part and parcel of supporting a football team - the right to poke fun at teams not performing so well. Christ, what a bore this game would be if we had to abstein from that. What next...no cheeky chanting in case we upset the opposition fans ?

Ok so next time the Falmer For All team come out and say get as many people to write to Prescott as you can and Bristol City fans post on their website 'I can't be arsed, Brighton fans are arrogant tosspots' you won't be posting on here calling them wankers then?

How many Bristol City fans give a toss about Brighton?

Obviously Simster and the Brizzle bloke that upset him.
