[Albion] Bring back Andone and Knocky

Any chance we could actually look at getting players that the Albion haven’t binned for not being right for the squad?

Now convinced we’ll be going down if we fail to sign a big mobile awkward striker with the ability to slot in and play at this level. Obviously a tall order as we’ve been talking about it for years now, but no excuse after two and a half season in the top division surely? In fact is it time to gamble on a lower league one with potential as a last resort given we don’t have one at all anymore.

We can make do in every other position imo.

We might be going down. But it’s all OK. Everyone on the team are all jolly good chaps and jolly good chums with each other and at the end of the day, that’s what’s important.

Just been watching the “we’re on our way” dvd. Yea I know it was the championship but F it, I miss Knocky. He livened games up. Anything might happen with him on the pitch. Cup semi final?, our best player, home to spurs that season, last minute goal. Didn’t make any difference, but no one else was going to score. That sending off at Everton was right in front of where I was stood, and I really thought that would be his last game. It was ridiculous. Pleased we got another season of him.
I was so proud of this club how everyone reacted to when his dad died, it clearly meant a lot to him.
Andone seems to be a bit of a sh*t, but how about that goal against palace!
Footballs meant to be enjoyed, that palace goal was in the top three moments last season (probably) and I wish Knocky was still here.

Well said exactly. I’m surprised so many are ok with the easy exits of Andone and Knockeart.

No doubt they are likely a nightmare to manage, but that is the challenge a coach has.

Hold up ... so you think it's the same people who want the UK to leave the EU are the same people who think Andone would do better than Connolly and Knocky would do better than Ali J?

I can assure you sir, that isn't the case

No, I don't think that. I think that, with The Albion struggling, people advocating extreme solutions, whether it be never letting Andone play for us ever again, even if he ceases to be made of crisps and bangs in hattricks every week for Galapagostosseray, or wherever he is, on the one hand, or bringing back Andone and Knocky tomorrow, to play upfront in a 4 with Murray and Zamora, injured or not, are fools in equal measure, as are those who, with the UK struggling, think that flouncing out of Europe is worth a try.

People who call out supposed unacceptable behaviour then proceed to swear and be offensive to a stranger.

And for merely having a different point of view regards football... the irony is hilarious.

That's the commander for ya! He's always right and anybody with a contrary opinion is subject to abuse. You'll get used to it :D

Same. One bad ish season and one not too bad and people write him off / forget what a great player he is...

And even on those bad/not too badish seasons, if you'd have ranked our players, he'd have certainly been top half. And in both, undoubtedly our best option on the right wing
