It's a myth Fulham don't play good football. They did a job on us, twice, but mostly they've played attractive stuff. We get more of this because as a result of Potter, Mac, Tross, Caicedo etc our stories generate a lot more interest.

Does anyone know anything about the journalist?

Looking at his previous articles he’s definitely Boehly or Chelsea’s mouthpiece.

It feels like a pot stirring/unsubstantiated piece

They played some good stuff in the Championship but whenever I’ve watched them this season it’s looked like a more ‘pragmatic’ approach.

I'm not surprised about the speculation. As others have mentioned, we certainly aren't under the radar anymore. In my experience, we've gone from being the team 'oh you beat United, how good' to 'you lot are actually really good.'

I will say, if the summer goes like January, I can see De Zerbi leaving.

Not worried in the slightest. Article is clearly written for clicks with absolutely no substance at all.
If this happens then this might happen which might mean this

It's pretty obvious really.

Imho RDZ would've moved on by summer 2024. Imagine what he can achieve with a squad with a reliable striker. Unless you luck out with a Toney or Mitrovic, reliable top flight strikers are out of our financial league.

I hope selfishly it's to club I don't mind, doesn't occur mid season and I hope at the time that I wish him well.

I'm, at first reluctantly, getting used to this now. This is all a direct consequence of the brilliance of TB and PB. I've faith that the next coach, if and when it happens, will be a great choice too.

This mid season manager steals should be stopped, QPR just nicking Ainsworth, Wycombe on 5 wins in a row edge of play offs...they'll be fuming

Despite all the people denying it on here I believed from his comments he was frustrated not to be able to bring in players in January, this article supports that.

If that turns out to be a catalyst for his head being turned and it contributes to us missing out in Europe then what a massive missed opportunity that will be.

It is truly bizarre how adverse some of our fans are to investing in first team ready players. They have become zealot like.

How does the article support it? Is rumour and more rumour with no substance what so ever

Brighton are now just recognised clickbait material for any journalist wanting a brief spike on views now. It is getting really annoying now, the moment anyone at our club does something good the "press" and social media are all aboard the hype train, I am getting sick of it.

There is no way we are going to let RDZ walk for the reason quoted. We'll be busy in the summer and Roberto will have his input.

It's been 3.5 seasons since we went into any game and played for a draw only having 1 shot.

It's that mentality other clubs are interested in. How has Potter and now Di Zerbi been able to do this with a side that should be parking the bus in many of their games?

Fulham do play good football when it suits them, but they can also choose to do what they did Saturday, something we haven't done since Hughton was here.

Yes, if we lost two in a season that would be more than just misfortune.
