Brighton Women continue their Womens Super League campaign on Sunday against Spurs, kickoff 4pm.

After many changes to the team over the summer, this season has been a bit up and down so far. We started with an away 1-2 win at Everton, before losing at home 0-2 last weekend to West Ham where we looked a bit off the pace. A 3-0 midweek win in the group stages against Womens Championship side Birmingham in the continental cup was a confidence boost for this weekends fixture, though our opponents put 6 past their opposition! Spurs too have lost one (though that was against usual high flyers Chelsea) and won one in the league so far so I'm expecting quite an even and very open game.

The match is at the Amex as one of the games the Women will play their this season. Looking at the ticketing site, all most all of East Lower has sold out and they have opened a bit of the North stand too. Season ticket holders can claim a free ticket for the game, but otherwise tickets are £6 for kids/over 65s and £12 for adults from https://tickets.brightonandhovealbion.com/en-gb/categories/women

For those driving to the game from the Lewes direction, be aware that there are roadworks taking place on the A27 so the road is closed from Falmer going Eastbound all weekend, and will be down to one lane going Westbound.

Looking forward to getting to this match as I couldn't get to last weekends. UTA!

@zeetha, thanks for the post. Please keep posting regular updates on NSC if you are able to find the time.
It looks like our women's team has been strengthened this season and I'm sure Sunday's game will be a good test of how much they may have improved.

Brighton. NOT KEMPTOWN!
Let's hope there's a huge turn out for this one. It may help with our quest for a new Womens' stadium if the demand is shown.
I hope it's not really sunny as I'm not used to the East Stand Lower!

Just had a look on the ticketing site, and all of the East Lower seats are now sold apart from 1 - fantastic to see!

Not according to the club website. However i suppose the parking restrictions only apply if the signage is altered to reflect this i.e. the event day is posted.
Parking still on sale at Uni for £5. A cheap afternoon if you’re a STH with a free match ticket.

are tickets for the game free
No. But if you have a women's season ticket, you have to 'convert it, for free, as unsurprisingly the technology at Crawley Town and the Amex differs slightly.

Still a low cost day out to watch the club we love.
