Love Melissa Phillips, seems like an astute manager and an all-round good egg. For a Californian, who has spent her life Stateside, barring 2.5 years in London, she has an impressive Scottish accent!
There are two relegation spots this season - would say Lewes are equally if not more likely top join them. Can't score - 3 in 9 is terrible.

Astonishingly good result against City. Loved the good old fashioned celebration pile on Lee after the goal. It feels that they have started to turn a corner, more confidence and the better play that brings.
I saw us turning that corner for the first time in the draw against Man Utd. For the first time I saw a BHAFC womens team that could actually compete against the big spenders in the WSL. The City result was brilliant, superb and all other kinds of superlatives.
We still have our limitations though and Arsenal (and Chelsea) are head and shoulders above the rest. Seeing what Arsenal did to Leicester (six second half goals after being 0-2 down at HT) we need to manage expectations but we are heading in trhe right direction under the new manager.
