It would appear that we cannot get the mix between youth and experience right at the moment.

Ist signing should be a 1st team coach but not from Kingsferry. Guy Butters?

That would seem to be a logical move-not sure about bringing Butters in yet but Adams does need some experienced help, that's for sure.
